Scope of Appointment

Project management, contract administration, and cost management services were
meticulously orchestrated to realise a new flagship Rolex boutique within the iconic One
Hyde Park development by Candy & Candy.

The basebuild was entrusted to a leading UK contractor, while an elite Swiss joinery atelier
delivered a precisionengineered fitout that embodies Rolex’s design values.
Every element of the scheme was refined to the highest standards—from bespoke joinery
and immaculate detailing to the integration of advanced, discreet security technologies.
The scheme also incorporated sophisticated security enhancements, including the
installation of a new, purpose-built vault.
