Scope of Appointment
Architectural and interior design services were delivered alongside full contract
administration for the Cat A+ refurbishment of a single vacant floor within this multilet office
building. The project also transformed the main groundfloor reception and introduced new
endofjourney cycle and shower facilities at basement level, elevating both functionality and
user experience.
The scope further included complete interior design and the procurement of furniture, IT
equipment, and associated logistics. Existing A/C and electrical services were reconfigured
and adapted to support the upgraded layout and performance requirements.
