Scope of Appointment

The project delivered a transformative Cat A and Cat B refurbishment of a 10,000 ft² Grade II
listed office building, blending architectural and interior design expertise with full contract
administration. Beyond refreshing the internal environment, the team undertook significant
external fabric repairs and sensitive heritageled restoration, including basement damp-
proofing.
The scope extended to substantial structural alterations and a complete interior redesign,
supported by the procurement and coordination of furniture, IT systems, and all associated
logistics. Key construction activities included installing a striking new spiral staircase, and the
formation of a new structural glass deck to create an open, lightfilled external courtyard
within the rear lightwell, adding both character and contemporary functionality to the historic
building.
