Scope of Appointment

Architectural design, project management, contract administration, and full cost consultancy
services were delivered to transform this commercial speculative CAT A office space. The
scheme included the vertical extension of the building to form an additional floor level and
extended lift and stair services, while also relocating the existing core building systems to
optimise functionality and future adaptability.
Despite the complexity of the works, the project was completed smoothly and safely while
the lower floors remained occupied, allowing the client to maintain uninterrupted rental
income throughout the programme.
The final design showcases exposed M&E services and newly revealed brickwork
uncovered during refurbishment, creating a distinctive, loftstyle office environment with
character and contemporary appeal.
