Scope of Appointment

Project Management, Contract Administration, and full Cost Consultancy Services were
delivered for a bold, highend residential transformation within a characterful Soho mews.
The scheme reimagined former recording studios, stripping them back to create four
distinctive new dwellings in a tight, neighboursensitive setting with complex partywall
conditions.
The project was elevated further by the creation of a bespoke external staircase and striking

new mews entrance gates—complete with publicrealm artwork by Jerwood Drawing
Prize–winning artist Adam Dant.
