Scope of Appointment

Architectural and interior design services were delivered alongside contract administration
for the full Cat A+ refurbishment of this standalone office building. The project included
extensive external fabric repairs and restoration, such as the installation of new windows and
external A/C equipment.
The scope further comprised structural modifications, full interior design, and the
procurement of furniture, IT equipment, and associated logistics. The design features an
exposed-services solution, with the restored precast modular concrete soffits retained as a
visible architectural element.
